
Steamed NZ Greenshell Mussel with Sake and Butter
Ingredients
- NZ Greenshell Mussels in half shell - 6 pieces
- Sweet Chilli Sauce - 1 tbsp
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tsp
- Fresh Garlic (finely chopped) - 1 tsp
- Sake (Rice Wine) - 1 Tbsp
Method
1. Heat vegetable oil, sweet chilli sauce, garlic and sake in a saucepan
2. Add mussels and toss
3. Cover and simmer for 3 minutes
4. Remove from heat and serve
